At I-29 Custom Truck Parts, we stand behind the quality of every part we make. Each product is built by hand, inspected, and packaged with care to ensure it meets our high standards before it leaves our shop. We understand that sometimes issues happen, and we’re committed to making things right.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most standard parts and kits within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • Has not been modified, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Includes all brackets, hardware, and components originally shipped.

Custom or special-order items (including custom-fit kits or personalized parts) cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us First – Email i29ctpshipping@gmail.com or call (712) 202-6740 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include Your Details – Provide your order number, contact info, and reason for the return.
  3. Receive Return Authorization – We’ll review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number with shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the Product – Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable carrier.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Deductions may be applied for missing hardware, damage, or incomplete packaging.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us — in many cases, we can arrange an exchange or credit toward the correct product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly assess and resolve the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as needed at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-fabricated or special-order parts
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Installed or modified products
